ABOUT NAAVEX

Naavex  Marine Services has been set up with a focus to provide human resource services with our excellent crewing solutions for shipping companies worldwide. We are proud to extend our operations from Mumbai, the established hub of Shipping activities, since January- 2005.

Naavex Marine Services is Registered with Seamen’s Employment Office, under Director General Shipping Of India (No: RPSL- MUM- 084). NAAVEX started it’s activity in the year 2002, was first free lancing crewing and ship manning agency in New Delhi, the capital city of India, to get the

coveted ISO 9001 : 2008 certification

We offer efficient services to all shipping companies having the fleet of Off Shore Supply Vessels, Bulk Carriers, General Cargo Ships, Reefers/ Containers/ Ro-Ro Vessel, OBO Ships, Oil/ Chemical/ Product Tankers, LPG, LNG and Gas Carriers.

NAAVEX is propelled by the marine professionals with years of experience serving the marine and shipping industry worldwide. Our aim and objective is to provide the candidates as per the laid down standards of shipping industry. In recognition to our services, we achieved the rare distinction of

ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in 2010.

OUR EXPERTISE

NAAVEX in co ordination with the veterans from shipping, academic, IT and Communication fields, have fairly large data bank of enthusiastic and energetic candidates with their certification conforming to STCW’ 95 convention, ISM code and ISO standards, to pursue career in shipping industry.

All the candidates are Indian nationals with an added advantage to the employer of their English speaking, and good level of educational background.

CREW MANNING

Indian crew has made the strong presence in international shipping industry. This particular fact is increasingly being recognized with ship owners opting for total or combination of partial Indian crew with other nationalities, due to their God gifted docile behavior and ability to work hard. As a source of their prospective professional Officers and Ratings, who are well versed with company’s policies and are loyal throughout their career to them.

Sarmender Singh Anand

A graduate in Electrical Engineering, joined Essar Shipping Company’s offshore division in 1984.He switched over to foreign line in 1986 and worked for 8 years in 2 different Greek companies Troodos Shipping Co. and Pothitos Shipping Co.. Later on he joined Anglo Eastern Ship Management Ltd. Hong Kong in1994 and Eurasia Shipping and Management in 1999 He has sailing experience of over 17 years on board various types of merchant vessels. He decided to establish his own Organization with the intention to be associated with the shipping industry . The company has seen the remarkable growth under his dynamic leader ship. His responsibilities include the promotion and growth of the organization and development of business opportunities.
